Black Market Racing (“BMR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including BMR Auto Repair and Street Car Factory, operates this website and provides automotive performance, repair, and fabrication services in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Black Market Racing is a trade name of Dudu Oja Ije LLC (Dudu Oja Ije LLC DBA Black Market Racing).

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text, email, or book an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, vehicle year, make, model, VIN, license plate, a description of the work you need, and any photos or videos you send us.
Information from your visit. Our website and the analytics tools on it may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and general location at the city level. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.
Information from service records. When we work on your vehicle we keep records of the estimate, the authorized work, parts used, labor performed, dyno results, payment method, and warranty status.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from Google Business Profile when you interact with our listing, from payment processors when you pay, and from our shop management system when a service record is created.
No mobile information is sold, and none is shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, and that information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we get your consent. We send text messages only to people who gave us their number and agreed to be texted, by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by giving us the number in person or over the phone and agreeing to texts, or by texting us first.
Consent is never a condition of buying anything. You do not have to agree to receive texts to get a quote, book an appointment, or have work done.
What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle status updates, approval requests, quotes, completion notices, and, if you opted in separately, promotions and shop news.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your vehicle and your service history.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (480) 382-1696.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose.
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which ads and searches bring people to us. We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta advertising tools, and a session analytics tool that records anonymized page interactions.

We keep service and payment records as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, generally at least four years. We keep marketing contact information until you opt out. We keep website analytics data on the retention schedule set in the analytics tool.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we experience a breach involving your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our online store, Google Business Profile, and any social media pages we link to are operated on platforms with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them. Read theirs before giving them information.
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be posted before they take effect.
